HALF-DAY WORKSHOP
Executive Lunch and Learn for leadership teams ready to move
A closed-door half-day for the twelve people who set the tone. Not awareness. Action.
Enquire about thisA half-day that ends in decisions.
We do not spend an afternoon acknowledging the problem. We spend it deciding which three things you will do about it.
Three hours in a closed room with your most senior twelve people. Mags opens with the Phoenix Report findings, then facilitates a structured working session in which your team maps the four axes of matrescence against your policies, your line-manager training, and your parental-leave design. You leave with three decisions committed to a name.

Why this format works.
The right people in the room.
Twelve seats, chosen by you. HR, line-manager sponsors, an executive sponsor. Small enough to argue with each other. Large enough to represent the org.
Structured to end in action.
Every hour ends with a specific artefact. You leave with a mapped policy review, a line-manager training gap analysis, and three named commitments.
A follow-up that holds you to it.
The workshop ends with a written summary of decisions and a 60-minute follow-up call six weeks later. The point is what you do afterwards.

FAQ
Common questions.
Why twelve seats and not thirty?
Because thirty-person rooms make speeches. Twelve-person rooms make decisions. The whole design depends on it.
Do you travel to us?
Yes. Travel and venue are on you. The workshop is on Mags.
Can we run this virtually?
We can, but we discourage it. The format depends on people arguing in the same room. If virtual is the only option, we split it across two ninety minute sessions.
What is the follow-up commitment?
One 60-minute call at week six is included. Deeper ongoing work is a separate scope.
