KEYNOTE

The Matrescence Revolution for rooms that need to feel it

A 45-minute keynote that names what is happening to a generation of new mothers, and hands the room a language for it.

Enquire about this

A keynote that reframes the room.

The talk that names what a generation has been carrying without a word for it.

Mags Salton takes rooms of leaders, clinicians and mothers through the neuroscience of matrescence and the identity rupture behind the maternal mental-health crisis. Ninety percent research, ten percent felt sense. No slides that apologise.

Mags Salton speaking on stage

Why book Mags for this talk.

  • Original research, not received wisdom.

Every claim is anchored in the Phoenix Report, Mags's own study of over 100 professional mothers. No borrowed statistics.

  • Built for boardrooms, not therapy rooms.

The keynote is engineered for leadership audiences. It names the business case for matrescence without softening the human one.

  • A room that leaves changed.

The measure is not applause. It is what your people say to each other in the corridor afterwards.
