EMPLOYER COHORT PROGRAMME

The RISE Experience delivered to your team

The private mentoring programme Mags delivers to individual women, adapted for a small cohort of your employees and led by Mags herself.

Enquire about this

Motherhood changes everything. Work shouldn't have to.

Give your working mothers the framework they need to navigate matrescence and stay connected to their ambition.

Three to six of your returning mothers. Weekly 60-minute sessions with Mags for twelve weeks. A shared workbook, written check-ins between sessions, and a closing recalibration that hands each participant a plan for the six months that follow.

Mags Salton in a group session

Why book the RISE Experience for your team.

  • The framework, not the awareness campaign.

This is not a lunch-and-learn stretched to twelve weeks. It is the structured programme Mags delivers privately, translated for a group container, using the same tools.

  • A cohort that reinforces itself.

A small group of women in the same organisation, going through the same twelve weeks together. The peer container is the point. You cannot buy it back into being once the programme ends.

  • Mags in the room every week.

Every session is delivered live by Mags. No junior facilitators, no pre-recorded modules. Your cohort gets the person who wrote the framework, for twelve weeks straight.

Included

What is in the twelve weeks.

A group container plus the tools each participant keeps.

  • Twelve weekly 60-minute group sessions

Delivered live by Mags, virtually or in-person at your location. The core of the container.

  • The Matrescence Map opening

A structured 60-minute opener in which every participant leaves with her twelve-week priority order across Self, Child, Connection and Ambition.

  • Weekly written check-ins

A short written reflection from each participant each week, with a written response from Mags.

  • The RISE workbook

A printed workbook per participant, structured across the four pillars, delivered before week one.

  • A private cohort forum

A structured async space for the cohort to keep the conversation going between sessions.

  • A closing recalibration

A final 60-minute group session locking the next chapter and designing the six months that follow.

  • A sponsor debrief

A 60-minute debrief call with the executive sponsor at week thirteen, covering what to preserve organisationally.

FAQ

Common questions.

How many participants can we include per cohort?

Three to six. This is the container the framework was designed for. We can run multiple cohorts in parallel.

Do sessions have to be in working hours?

They can be. We make an agreement with mothers in the cohort on what suits the majority and are flexible to the mothers and their babies in the group.

Can we run more than one cohort per year?

Yes. Organisations with a larger returning-mother population typically run two or three cohorts a year on a rolling calendar.

What does the organisation itself have to do?

Nominate an executive sponsor, provide the private space (physical or virtual), and hold the twelve weeks as protected time. Everything else sits with Mags.

Is the content confidential to participants?

The container is fully confidential. Aggregate themes and organisational implications are shared with the sponsor at the debrief.
